Company is a leading Bulgarian courier company founded in 1998. It holds a market share of over 35 percent in the Bulgarian courier services market. The company has grown to a corporate structure with more than 4,000 employees and partners. It operates a fleet of more than 1,700 delivery vehicles across Bulgaria.
Company runs the largest own delivery network in Bulgaria today. The network includes more than 1,200 points of which over 750 are lockers. It covers 100 percent of Bulgaria’s territory for complete national reach. The company serves more than one million clients and delivers over 50 million parcels annually.
In April 2021 Geopost became the majority owner of Speedy. As part of Geopost’s world-leading parcel delivery network, Company expanded internationally. Company now connect Bulgaria to destinations across the world. International operations currently account for 14 percent of the company’s total revenue.
Company was the first Bulgarian courier company to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification. Annual audits conducted by SGS confirm continued compliance with quality standards. In 2023 the company also implemented an Information Security Management System. Certification under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 was successfully completed through an SGS audit.
Company’s bulgarian users benefit from one of the most advanced courier IT infrastructures available. The company was the first in Bulgaria to offer delivery to vending machines. It also introduced real-time delivery time window notifications for address deliveries. Package management while shipments are in transit was another industry-first innovation by company.
In November 2012 Company became the first public company in Bulgaria’s courier industry. It listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange marking a milestone in the sector.
