This is the official e-governance portal for Jharkhand state citizens. It acts as a digital gateway to various government services. The portal is managed by JAP-IT under the Department of Electronics and Information Technology. Citizens across Jharkhand use it to access public services conveniently.
The portal delivers services through Common Service Centers across the state. These centres bring multiple department services under one roof. Citizens can also access many services directly through the online portal. This helps users monitor their application progress in real time.
Certificate services form a core part of their platform. Citizens can apply for birth certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, and domicile certificate. Marriage, death, employment, and nationality certificates are also available. This certificate download option makes document access quick and paperless.
The portal also covers social welfare schemes and pension services. Old age, widow, handicap, and destitute pension applications are processed here. Ration card services allow address changes, member additions, and duplicate requests. RTI applications, grievance redressal, and revenue court tracking are also supported.
